Wheatgrass Can Be Used in Juices and Even in Salads

WheatGrass has been center stage in the healthy living movement since the 1970's.  Many are aware of WheatGrass and juicing it to improve health by gaining many nutrients otherwise not bio available in modern diets.  Nutritional benefits, including the slowing of gray hair, building of red blood cells, reducing high blood pressure, flushing toxins out of the body and preventing tooth decay.
